Retro Wage Increase & Lump Sum payouts at Bell MTS

 

IBEW 435 Members at Bell MTS

 

The Company has confirmed pay-outs related to our recently ratified Collective Agreement as follows:

 

-          The lump sum is scheduled to be paid out on October 25th;

As agreed to, the lump sum payment is based on your 2023 earnings for pay periods 1-26.

Please see your pay stub for December 22, 2024. This is your pay period 26 report.

Then add the 2% negotiated adjustment and take 1% of that total amount

This should be the total lump sum payment applied to your October 25, 2024 pay.

-          Bargained wage increases and retro payments will be paid November 8th;

-          Increase to the night differential premium will appear December 6th;

 

The Staff Associate and North of 53rd premiums will be handled manually by the Company until new SAP/CATS time codes are made available in 2025. Board Rates are updated and can be found under the Resources tab.
